The Single Assessment Framework is based on a set of Quality Statements that each provider has to meet. These come under the Key Lines of Enquiry headings Safe, Caring, Responsive,Effective,Well Led. For the CQC to know you are running a compliant organisation you are aiming to meet each quality statement . You also need to know what the I statements are these are what your clients /patients are looking for.
There is a lot to learn so to make it easy for you and save you time I have collated the information and put together documents with suggested evidence. I have even created a Quality Statement tracker so you can track you progress.
Quality statements are the commitments that providers, commissioners and system leaders should live up to. Expressed as ‘we statements’, they show what is needed to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
The quality statements show how services and providers need to work together to plan and deliver high quality care.
The toolkit saves you time and helps you to keep on track with meeting compliance.
